Thank you for your interest in participating in levee fest 2025! APPLICATIONS CLOSED ON APRIL 15. CHECK BACK NEXT YEAR FOR THE 2026 FESTIVAL.

Please fill out the following form below with all relevant information, and also email us three photos of items you would be selling, your booth space, or any other information you’d like us to have at hello@lakeprovidenceleveefestival.com. All applications must be received by April 15 and you will be notified of your acceptance by April 20. A booth fee of $50 must be paid upon acceptance.
